We are looking for a commercially minded business analyst with experience in financial analysis, benefits modelling and reporting within professional services or consulting environment. You will liaise between multiple functions, delivering financial and business analysis to help solve key business problems, progress shared services transformation initiatives, answer business questions and influence business decisions. You will be an effective communicator and used to dealing with senior stakeholders and possess ability to explain key findings to non-financial stakeholders. Perform Business Analysis Own and deliver high quality Business analysis with recommendations helping to improve business decisions and divisional performance. Ad hoc benefits analysis to support performance information and plans. Ensure and maintain integrity of business case data, working with stakeholders to gather and validate data where necessary. Documenting all data and findings throughout and presenting findings to appropriate management personnel. Spend analysis, business case benefits tracking and financial forecasting is a crucial part of this process. Benefits Reporting: Develop and deliver high quality and timely ad hoc and operational financial reports on budgets, expenditures and performance to business cases. Own and deliver business cases performance and insights reporting. Prepare reports to enable the organisation to plan and make tactical and strategic decisions to ensure cost effectiveness and maximise profitability. Advise Business: Using results from financial and budget analysis data, communicate results and present business recommendations to upper and executive-level management staff. The recommendation may include cost reduction measures, and ways to streamline operations or increase customer satisfaction. A highly analytical approach, able to evaluate information critically, detail oriented. Strong analytical abilities, quantitative background Proactive, strategic and a good team player. Enthusiastic approach to problem solving. Great communicators in order to work with, educate, and advice other teams. Demonstrable financial modelling and analysis skills. Experience tracking and reporting on benefits (especially shared services related) - includes validating and analysing savings Ability to work with complex data and summarise for presentation to seniors High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excel, powerpoint / google suite of apps. Qualifications Part qualified accountancy, or related studies with very strong analytical skills able to manage and manipulate large volumes of date and convert to summarised output. Expert Knowledge of MS Office (excel). Very communicative & assertive person able to work across the hierarchy spectrum.
