Financial Accountant £300 a day West London (6 months) My client are a multi-national property company based in West London and are looking for a Financial Accountant for 6 months. Duties Include: Production of statutory accounts for all UK and Europe entities, ensuring compliance with FRS 102, or IFRS as applicable, including: Liaising with corporate accountants, tax, legal and company secretarial departments Liaising with auditors Ensuring all accounts filed within required timescales, statutory or otherwise Responsible for producing co-ordinated statutory accounts and tax filing and compliance timetable Responsible for preparing consolidated statutory accounts Continuous improvement of the accounts production process Technical assistance in relation to new accounting standards Preparation of tax pack information Assistance with Corporate Finance projects, including restructuring and liquidations Accounts production system management and maintenance Other ad hoc projects relating to UK Group entities Requirements: ACA/CA/ACCA qualified accountant or equivalent with 1 years' minimum post qualification experience Would suit someone's first job out of an accountancy practice into a commercial business FRS 102 accounting knowledge Knowledge of IFRS and differences to FRS 102 Consolidation knowledge is desirable This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/86494252
