CMA Recruitment Group is working with a well-established SME business based in Southampton, Hampshire, to recruit an experienced qualified accountant into the No. 2 position in finance of Finance Manager. Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will perform a broad financial management role, whilst leading a team. Key

responsibilities:
Management and financial accounting; Management of the finance function including treasury, purchase and sales ledger and payroll; Working across the business to provide support on financial matters; Budgeting and forecasting; Foreign currency cashflow requirements; Development of the team. The successful applicant will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience working in senior financial management position within the SME environment evident on the CV. Although there is a preference for a practice trained individual, applicants without this background who have worked within a distribution or a warehousing environment will also be considered.
