CMA are currently recruiting for an interim FC to support our Basingstoke based client. Reporting to the FD, this role is to support the business during a period of change and will take responsibility for managing the small finance team and delivering financial rigour, strong systems and processes across multiple sites. Key areas of responsibility will include: Delivering the annual business objectives and financial strategy, with a 'hands on' approach. Development of financial and operational controls and business processes; Production of management accounts, statutory accounts and tax compliance; Financial planning, budgetary control, forecast modelling, cash flow management and monitoring of key performance targets; Implementation of stronger management information, management reporting and reporting systems. This is a varied, extremely hands on role which requires flexibility, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Due to the nature of the role a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification is required to be held. Prior experience in a similar or finance manager role, with developed skills in Excel.
