As the Purchase Ledger / Accounts Clerk, inputting invoices, dealing with supplier queries and reconciling statements. Assisting with payment runs and month end duties. You will also be required to communicate with internal management and suppliers, therefore, it is imperative that as the successful candidate you should be confident, personable and have excellent telephone manner. Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Clerk candidate who is looking to progress a career in finance. Candidates with no experience or little experience but studying towards AAT or equivalent qualifications would be best suited for the role. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous. Our client is based in Leicester, easily accessible by public transport and parking is arranged for those with cars.
