As the Accounts Assistant, you will assist the Finance team in producing monthly management accounts and other duties will include: Production of various regular management reports Daily monitoring of bank account balances To process Supplier Invoices and supplier payments and to update and maintain ledgers The primary point of contact for supplier queries and responsible for incoming/outgoing calls to Suppliers Processing of expenses, petty cash and monthly credit card postings Assist with the production of the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations to auditor standards Provide cover for other accounting functions as the need arises Skills required: Ability to communicate effectively and work on own initiative Disciplined approach to managing own workload whilst working to agreed targets and deadlines IT literate, very good with excel Started CIMA/ACCA Credible, open and honest As Accounts Assistant, you will enjoy a rewarding career as well as job security and a friendly working environment.
