Role
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the financial control of the business Accountable for the day to day running of the Finance Function Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control. Giving financial direction and guidance to senior leaders Oversight of the financial accounts Oversight and contribution towards of the management accounts; Preparation of key performance data and strategic analysis to aid commercial decision making Developing a robust understanding of the control environment and improving where necessary Co-ordinate the quarterly budget process Liaising with and fielding ad-hoc queries from investors/ shareholders Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth Establish reporting, monitoring, and accountability systems that will ensure highest standards of financial integrity are being attained Representative of Finance on all significant long-term planning and business transformation initiatives as directed Participating in capital project reviews post implementation Participating in any benchmarking exercises as required Provide guidance to the finance team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard. Experience: Extensive senior level accountancy experience. Managerial experience. Strategic thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships across a range of seniorities Strong ability to multi-task and simultaneously work on a number of tasks and projects High-level of business acumen and commerciality Contact Haaroon on 02071015363
