THE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the overall Risk Management framework with a specific focus on Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk and Risk Appetite To manage and assist in the running and administration of key Bank risk committees, including Credit Risk Committee and Prudential Regulatory Committee. This may include preparation materials, minute taking, agenda setting, etc. To support the team in the undertaking and completion of key annual projects and risk processes in the Bank, including: The Bank's ICAAP, The Bank's Recovery & Resolution Plan The Bank and EMEA region-wide risk appetite frameworks To ensure suitable support on risk related issues is provided to branches/offices in the EMEA Region To ensure support is provided where necessary to teams throughout strategic and credit risk management (including quantitative analytics, reporting, policy and risk appetite & regulatory) Supporting the team with running the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) process, including: Requesting KRI owners for their respective KRI reports for EMEA Region, Creating the Risk Dashboards, Creating ad-hoc business impact analysis. Supporting the team with creation of the Risk Committee pack, including: Requesting Risk Committee reporters for their respective material, Creating the initial Risk Committee pack. To manage content within the Risk Management intranet site. To support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including balance sheet, credit quality, credit migration, expected loss, and key risk indicators covering countries, sectors, products, commodities, credit quality, data quality, etc. To support other key projects throughout the team REQUIREMENTS: Six months risk experienced gained within a financial services environment.
