Our client is a key market leader in their field and working with Hays exclusively on this position. They have been extremely successful and have grown massively in the last two years. They have achieved this through organic and acquisitive growth. They have a wonderful job opportunity for a Senior Payroll Coordinator to join their growing and busy finance team.
In this newly created role, you will be the sole Payroll Coordinator for the UK business. You will be responsible for supporting HR and Finance to manage the overall payroll function, reporting into the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for the payroll preparation for around 300 employees, ensuring extreme attention to detail. Ideally you will have exposure to payroll year end and P11d reporting.
They are currently considering a systems change as well so experience of this would be advantageous. The company are going through a transition so the ability to adapt is key. They will consider a candidate who has a number of years' experience within payroll and shows passion and hard working ethos.
