An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable Administrator to start an initial temporary position at a well established business in Trafford Park.
Client Details
An award winning business who have been established for over 50 years. This business has continued to grow year on year with more growth expected over the next 5 years.
Description
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, responsible for providing day-to-day support to the award winning finance team. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing high volume invoices
- Assisting with query management
- Processing staff expenses
- General data entry through their in-house system
- Identifying areas for process improvement and supporting with the implementation of new ideas
Profile
To be successful for this role, you must:
- Be immediately available for work
- Be working towards AAT qualification
- Have good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Be able to communicate effectively with others
