Your new company
You will be working for a rapidly growing business who are quickly taking a large market share within their sector, by offering customers a different innovative solution. They are now looking for an experienced credit controller to join their exciting business.

Your new role
You will be fully responsible for resolving any queries which come your way. You will be engaging with customers where you will be delivering end to end support which will require you to think on your feet to bring about solutions to problems which you may not have seen before. You will be talking with customers, engaging with stakeholders and highlighting process inefficiencies daily. You will also be responsible for calling customers to retrieve any missed, and final balance payments as well as managing payment plans as you talk these through with your customers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be open minded, approachable whilst displaying empathy to customers who face complex problems, at the same time, you will need to be thick skinned and tenacious when dealing with collections. You will need to have a positive attitude and enthusiastic to be part of this ambitious and growing team. You will need to have a minimum of a 2:1 at degree level, and experience within Customer Service or Credit is desirable. Full right to work in the UK is also required.
