A well-established organisation who specialise in providing grease management solutions to commercial catering and hospitality industry. This business has recently doubled in size following an acquisition at the end of last year.

Your new role

An exciting opportunity to join this growing business based in Rugby. The organisation have seen significant growth recently following a recent acquisition, and they are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger to join their team. Initially this is a temporary role for up to 3 months, however there may be opportunity for this to be extended.

You will be responsible for:

• Allocations
• Reconciliation
• Overhead purchase invoicing
• Assisting credit control - chasing remittance

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will require:

• Previous accounts experience
• Purchase Ledger experience - end to end
• Good attention to detail
• A pro-active approach to work with the ability to multi task
• Computer literate - particularly on Excel and Sage
