The Role: Reporting to the Finance Director the successful applicant will work within the finance team ensuring key weekly deadlines are met and all tasks are undertaken in an efficient and professional manner. Full training will be given. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Journal Preparation / Posting Credit Control / Credit Insurance Sales Ledger (Invoicing), Postings and reconciliations Purchase Ledger Postings and reconciliations Bank Reconciliations Assist with Monthly Management Accounts and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Responsibility for all Branch Utility Contracts, ensuring "best deal" is received. Ad hoc jobs as required About You: The successful applicant must have previous ability to work under their own initiative. You will possess a good telephone manner and a flexible approach. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
