Head of Finance Boston Hale have been engaged to assist an internationally recognised law firm in their search for a Head of Finance. Crux of the role: This is a commercial role aimed at improving and developing value-add, financial processes and information across the firm.

Responsibilities:
Actively manage and lead the firm's finance team Pricing for RFP, fee estimates, client and matter reviews on request Provide profitability insight on specific matters and clients using business intelligence tools Oversee the production of the firm's management reporting as well as financial reports Ensure the firm is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements Assist in the development and improvement of business intelligence across the firm Required skills: CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualification with extensive post qualified experience Experience gained in another professional services organisation Strong commercial and business partnering experience Demonstrable experience of working closely with businesses to improve profitability The successful candidate will be dynamic and energetic with a real hunger to drive commerciality
