Accounts Payable Manager Permanent £28,000 - £34,000 Northampton SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager for instantly recognisable business in Northampton. My client is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the Account Payable function of the business for a team of 4. Duties of the Accounts Payable Manager include building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, review processes and identify areas of improvement, produce reports to the wider business, produce KPI reports and handle month end processes. Key Responsibilities - Taking full managerial responsibility of the accounts payable function - Day to day supervision of the accounts payable team - Process improvements and implementing change - Payment run preparation - Overseeing compliance for AP procedures - Dealing with escalated queries and assisting with the processing of supplier invoices - Assisting with the coding, inputting and processing of supplier invoices - Closing the ledger at month end. - Assisting with month-end reporting - Rota's for scanning documents, post and process set to monitor going forward.
