Badenoch and Clark are currently representing a global organisation based in Maidenhead who are currently recruiting for an Expense analyst. Paying up to £200 per day this is initially a 6 month contract and you must be able to start immediately. The Regional Financial Accounting team sits within the Accounting centre of excellence and has responsibility for Indirect Expenses, Employee Expenses, Fixed Assets, Royalties, Currency, Hedging and Regional Redistribution. As the Expense Analyst, you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of Employee payroll costs for the affiliates serviced by the Centre of Excellence. Key responsibilities include: Accurate accounting and reporting of payroll costs Coordination and communication of month end recharges Ensure correct payroll posting for amounts manually posted Review quarterly account reconciliations Regular focus on balance sheet to minimise open items Experience in payroll would be beneficial alongside knowledge of SAP and Excel.
