Duties (sometimes under supervision of the Compliance Officer) will include: Monitoring and allocating queries coming into the compliance inbox Conducting reviews of IAR's Ensuring that policies owned by Compliance are regularly reviewed to the agreed schedule, updated, re-approved and published Issuing agreed higher limit Business Principles documents Reporting on and ensuring that Rule Breaches are properly resolved and closed on reporting systems Producing monthly and quarterly reporting data for review by the relevant Compliance Officer and business units, including QAFA data The position requires some compliance experience within the insurance industry, ideally London Market broking. An insurance qualification would be advantageous as well as a conscientious and self-motivated attitude and a good eye for detail.
