The opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the business and would suit a Part Qualified Accountant who is looking to further thier career Maintenance of Billing System database Enter new licence details Update stock availability on main database Assist Sales team with queries Manage the monthly billing cycle Liaising with Software provider with ad-hoc queries Post receipts to client's account Credit Control Dealing with client queries Raise bill reminder letters Debt reporting and liaising with Managers to chase debts Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all receipts are accounted for and properly posted. Monthly Reporting Liaise with Managers re expected renewals, vacations Liaise with sales team re expected new deals Prepare reports Prepare Revenue Forecast reports Prepare Stock availability reports Prepare KPI reports Reconcile Monthly Billing cycle to the accounting system Fixed Assets Maintain the Fixed Asset register General Supporting MA /FC & CEO with ad-hoc reports
