The Role: Oversee the duties of the Accounts Payable team Lead on-going process improvement initiatives and streamlining the Accounts Payable function Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Continia system administration and monitoring Act as key point of contact with internal department heads, liaising on regular basis to address emerging supplier issues Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure smooth supply of goods, ensuring the correct terms are in place and adhered too; Manage the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger, ensuring all supplier invoices have been entered and reconciled at the end of each month and the weekly payment runs are processed correctly Cashflow management Monitoring and reviewing team workload, KPI setting and reporting, team development and training through regular one-to-ones, training plans and effective delegation The Person: Experience of management and supervising an AP department is essential, (min of 5 years within AP is a must); Experience of MS Navision is preferred; Ability to work within a fast paced and growing company, adapting to requirements to allow for a motivated team; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge others as required; Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and drive others in a positive manner; Strong relationship building skills; Enjoys responsibility and taking ownership of a division; Great team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to exceed tight deadlines.
