Summary Fleetcor technologies HQ London office is recruiting a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Financial function of the business. This role includes financial planning, analysis, reporting and consolidation of all international P&L's to drive operating performance. The position will be central point of contact to all International finance teams to deliver high quality and timely analytics and help in achieving revenue growth, targeted cost and simplifications objectives. Additional responsibilities include reporting of KPI's, preparation and oversight of central capex/ opex budget and ad hoc analysis. The role will support IT financial systems implementation including testing and oversight. This is a great opportunity to play a strong supporting role in HQ financial function. SOME OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Lead financial planning and analysis and annual budget preparation including quarterly forecasting Lead the development of comprehensive financial reports and KPI's, to analyse financial performance and prepare for leadership reviews, Act vs budget on a monthly basis Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports for London/US Head office Create financial models for decision support, including creation of ad hoc tools and excel dashboards. Analyse data for performance improvements, predictive analysis, variances and historical trends to release info to the key stakeholders Own the preparation of finance operational reviews, risk and opportunities (R&O), variance analysis, op margin and internal industry ratios. This includes the weekly (QMI) quick market intelligence on key business metrics Provide analysis on new product trends, comparative studies, investment and returns Work with sales teams on market research, data mining, business intelligence and valuation comps Create and drive consistent functional opex control, reporting and analysis including headcount reporting and tolls to manage cost reporting efficiently Assist with IT system infrastructure projects, implementation, monitoring and control of project milestones, timely delivery and cost to budget Support strategic set initiatives, projects such as restructuring and growth initiatives, cost out, process improvement Promote Lean business structure / drive simplification YOU WILL HAVE At least 7-10 years of experience in a financial position CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and strong experience in operational finance High proficiency with financial modelling and techniques Strong analytical, data gathering and problem solving skills Able to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Excellent presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, formulas and functions, familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects) ACCA / CIMA / ACA finalist or above, with three years in a financial role. Demonstration of being able to work to deadlines, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Strong excel skills.
