Job Summary Our client is a leading FS blue-chip firm with international reach. They are looking to add a Risk & Controls Coordinator to it's team. This team in particular is responsible for the governance and support of projects and programmes across its digital change landscape. Not only will you be supporting the change team, but you will be responsible for ensuring the function as a whole is working in tandem with it's risk policies. This is a new position in the team giving the successful candidate the chance to truly make it your own. Your responsibilities Include: Ensure that effective departmental risk processes and controls are in place, and that functions are integrated effectively Work with IT & Change functional heads to ensure that the appropriate IT & Change risk registers are in place and up-to-date. Maintain a central view of key dates for risk reporting and sign off Change oversight actions - Ensure a general awareness and understanding across IT & Change of risk policies and procedures Evaluate PMO activity, making recommendations to PMO Manager on ways to improve risk What you will need: Knowledge of generic risk management processes Good Communication skills both oral and verbal The ability to manage stakeholders at all levels Experience of identification and documentation of risks Experience of risk and controls reporting Experience in delivering PMO functions and services would be an advantage Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
