The role will involve: Keeping up-to-date with regulatory and industry developments Liaising effectively with the Compliance Department and Senior Management with regards to regulatory and network matters Undertaking file and KPI reviews, ensuring finding are recorded accurately and handled appropriately at all times Ensuring promotions for member firms are approved in accordance with FCA rules; aiding and assisting in interpreting and applying regulatory guidelines on advertising Undertaking relevant tasks and projects assigned by the Compliance Manager, ensuring all work is completed with a can-do approach Assisting in making notifications to the FCA where appropriate Remote working/work from home options with the requirement to head into the office 1-day a week This is a great prospect for someone currently working providing Advisory Compliance support; either within banking or an IFA environment.
