Do you have an eagle eye for detail, which enables you to analyse complex regulations? Are you proactive when it comes to protecting your colleagues and customers? If yes, then we may have the role for you.As a Compliance Manager for Regulatory Change, you will champion all issues relating to regulatory change. You will be a key member of our fantastic Compliance Advisory team, supporting colleagues across the Bank by notifying them and providing analysis of regulatory change. You will create fans every day by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.So what would you be doing?
• Keeping up to date on all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) regulatory changes, and identifying who these changes will affect in the Bank
• Analysing and interpreting changes to communicate to various stakeholders
• Influencing stakeholders to take ownership and drive regulatory change
• Supporting the Bank to understand and address compliance riskYou need to be this kind of person...

• Prepared to stick at something - we get nervous if someone has jumped from job to job

• Experience as a Compliance or Risk Manager, specialising in regulatory change
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the FCA Handbook and PRA Rulebook
• Experience within a Bank or Financial Services company
• The ability to influence stakeholders
