Job Description - Product Manager - Technology, Cyber Risk Solutions (180002N5)Job Description Product Manager - Technology, Cyber Risk Solutions 180002N5At Willis Towers Watson we're creating new ways to understand, assess and quantify cyber risk - allowing our clients to make better decision and build effective security strategies.The Product Manager - Technology, Cyber Risk Solutions will lead the implementation and ongoing development of the product roadmap for Willis Towers' Watson's cyber risk management solutions, specifically the Cyber Risk Profile Diagnostic (CRPD) and Cyber Quantified (CQ).The RoleAs a key member of the product team, you will contribute to strategy and direction, as well as identifying and agreeing tactical and operational priorities for product development and ensuring these are delivered. Using your knowledge and understanding of risk management and cyber security as well as internal and external feedback, you will ensure that our tools reflect and improve upon best practice in cyber risk management - and provide an effective, efficient, easy to use, reliable solution and well supported experience for our customers and channel partners. You will be responsible for effective execution of our technical product strategy though use of direct or matrix resources, including the project manager, developers and testers. You will run the user testing program and the curation of ideas and feedback, work with both internal and external stakeholders to prioritize fixes and enhancements, and work with the project manager to ensure that all releases are implemented to time, budget and specification.Major Accountabilities:Manage the implementation of the product roadmap for technical cyber risk solutionsDevelop and maintain effective engagement with users and stakeholders, both internally and externally Ensure delivery is effectively managed, and good project management practices are implemented to ensure effective delivery to time, budget and specificationContribute to product strategy and directionFacilitate and lead discussions on product development, capture inputs from stakeholders and maintain a prioritized list of improvementsChair the operational governance body (CRPD working group)Provide support to the Senior Director, Cyber Risk Management Solutions as required in order to ensure effective execution of strategyDevelop and deliver user training, including both in-person and onlineManage customer and stakeholder feedback processes Ensure effective user support, both internally and externallyProvide oversight of the operational management of the technology solutions via the appointed external partner, ensuring that solutions are secure, robust, supported, responsive and available.Develop a community of champions throughout the business to enable adoption and 1st line user supportEnsure any conflicts are resolved, and resource needs are clearly identified and articulatedObtain and manage ongoing user feedback, ensuring products meet user requirements and expectationsWork to maximize the value from the products and associated data for both clients and WTWSupport marketing, communications and client acquisition activityDeliver expertise to clients via consulting services, in support of our consulting teamMonitor external market developments to ensure we maintain product leadership The RequirementsExpertise and experience in product management, leadership and delivery in an enterprise environmentA genuine interest in cyber risk and security, supported by a desire to innovate and deliver change Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in complex matrix organizations and across different cultures and geographies.Excellent presentational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and concisely in writing, on the phone, or in person.Evidence of successfully managing matrix resources in a global organizationUnderstanding and experience of project delivery, and understanding of software development processes and risksExceptional analytical skills and ability to apply these to some of the more complex challenges in securitySelf-starter, able to take the initiative while working effectively as part of a strong teamBeneficial:Expertise and experience in risk management (from a technical, enterprise risk, or insurance perspective)Expertise and experience in cyber security, obtained within information security, as a consultant, IT risk specialist Appropriate professional certifications in information security (CISSP, CISM, IISP etc.), project management and/or risk managementEqual Opportunity Employer/Vet/Disability Job: Technology Primary
