An exciting brand new opportunity has arisen at a growing London based bank for an Operational Risk Analyst to join and work to support the management of the bank's Operational Risk. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be involved with key stakeholders and working across multiple projects having a direct impact on the risk assessment and awareness in the bank. Responsibilities Support the Head of Operational Risk in the day to day management of Operational Risk Management Develop Key Risk Indicators and work on the development of control testing for the first line Conduct root cause analysis and identify remedies for risk events Scenario Analysis Embedding of the Ops Risk framework throughout key business areas Promote a culture of appreciation and understanding of Operational Risk throughout the bank Requirements 3 Years of Operational Risk Experience Deep understanding of RCSAs and KRIs Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across key business areas to emphasize the importance of Operational Risk issues Experience working on multiple projects Strong experience working with Excel
