I am currently working with one of the Northwest's leading managing agents who are based in the heart of one Manchester's up and coming areas. They are looking for an experienced purchase ledger who can clear a back log of invoices. They want someone who is willing to get stuck in and get the job done. Ensure Supplier invoices are dealt with in a timely manner Arrange Payment runs Process expenses Manage supplier relationships Work in conjunction with other inhouse departments Maintain the company PO system Competent with Excel and knowledge of Qube is desirable but not essential The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role before be able to slot into a busy work environment and be confidant and willing to work. Experience in property management would also be desirable but again not essential.
