My client, an established firm within the West Sussex area are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who is immediately available for a temporary, ongoing assignment. Role

Responsibilities:

• Checking and maintaining purchase invoices against orders
• Maintaining the Purchase Day Book
• Entering debts and credits within the purchase ledger
• Matching and reconciling invoices
• Authorising, preparing and executing payment runs
