I am urgently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager with experience of project work for a key client of mine based in Redhill. The Accounts Receivable Manager reports to the Head of Finance and has three employees reporting to them. The role is in charge of Accounts Receivable processes including but not limited to cash allocation, customer refunds, processing of credit adjustments, processing of write-offs, the administration of direct debit files, manual invoices and queries. The Accounts Receivable Manager leads a team of Accounts Receivable Clerks of varying levels of competence. The client is currently going through an implementation of a new AR system and as such you will need to have been through a similar scenario in a previous role to add value to this process. You will be required to review, challenge and improve the process, controls and the system as a whole. You will need to manage the team and ensure development of the team members to meet current and future needs. Ideally you will have 5-10 years experience in Finance, particularly Accounts Receivable. Good knowledge of treasury operations and means of payment. You will need to have the ability to manipulate large volumes of data and streamline/ automate processes. You will need experience with system implementation, process improvement and change management.
