Otis is currently recruiting for a Service Credit Control Manager. The main aim of this role is to work with the business to maximise Cash Collection and Cash Flow, whilst ensuring our risk is minimised. As a Service Credit Control Manager, you will: Lead the Service Credit Control team and offer support and direction to ensure that business financial goals are achieved Ensure a high level of customer service delivery through managing and developing key stakeholder relationships Be the main focal point for all escalations offering rapid solutions Be able to thrive in and contribute to our ongoing journey of transformation as we implement major changes to our systems and processes Deliver a reduction in disputed debt and an increase in cash collected through continuous improvement activities and identifying root causes of disputes To be successful in this role you will: Have strong Credit Control Management experience Be able to demonstrate success in coaching and mentoring high performing teams Understand the wider finance functions, including all transactional processes that can affect cash flow and working capital Have the ability to re-evaluate moving priorities in line with changing business needs Be organised and have a structured approach to your workload Have strong IT skills including advanced Excel Required Experience We welcome applications from talented Credit Control Managers, Credit Managers, Collection Managers, Credit and Risk Managers, Debt Dispute Managers and Debt Resolution Managers who live within a commutable distance of Leicester.
