Interim Technical Accountant

Your new organisation
Our client is a large public sector organisation. They are currently looking to recruit an interim Technical Accountant to assist with a peak in workload.

Your new role
In your new role you will interpret Company and Group accounts including both IFRS and GAAP standards in order to understand business structure and flows of goods and services. i.e. to forensically investigate and extract as much useful information about the businesses from publicly available data.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) with proven experience of managing and interpreting both Company and Group Accounts including expertise in IFRS and GAPP standards.

• Proven experience of effectively verbally communicating sensitive commercial information to internal and external stakeholders.

• To demonstrate the ability to summarise complex technical information tailored to the appropriate audience both verbally and via written reports using appropriate engaging methods.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to fully engage and build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders at the largest Multi-National Enterprises.
