Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices to the correct purchase orders.
• Resolving general ledger codes and invoice queries.
• Managing electronic invoice supplier accounts.
• Reconciling supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that all suppliers are paid promptly.
• Raising all payments posted.
• Working with management accounts.
• Ensuring cost base nominal accounting is used.
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties.
• Raising Chaps, BACS and Cheque payments.
• To maintain good internal controls with respect to the purchase ledger function.

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• Intermediate Excel skills - Vlookups & Pivots.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team.
