Robert half are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who is productive, precise and determined for our client based in the outskirts of Central Bristol. Our client needs your support, if you are immediately available and looking to get started in work. They require someone for 12 months to provide support within the Finance Team. The company boast an enviable reputation and have a really warm welcoming finance team who really value their staff You will be responsible for: Raising Purchase Orders for new goods Processing supplier invoices Reconciliations Dealing with invoice related queries ensuring prompt resolution Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required To be considered for this role you will need: Previous experience in processing / entering invoices Strong communication skills Able to prioritise workloads accordingly This organisation based on the outskirts of Bristol are a key employer who have an excellent track record.
