Head of M&A Risk London £Competitive A leading life insurance consolidator is seeking a senior qualified actuary to join their core deals team. This role reports directly into the CRO. This role has end-to-end involvement in all M&A activities for this firm - providing risk management leadership. M&A and transaction experienced is preferred above risk management. The CRO is looking for an influential coordinator. This role has no direct reports; as a senior member of the deals team (and in particular the risk facility) candidates must be credible. The successful candidate will be given a financial budget to co-ordinate external advisers.
