Our client, a major firm, has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified life actuary to join their risk management team in a leadership position where you will lead the independent assessment of M&A activity, performing risk due diligence on large risk deals. As Head of Acquisition Risk Management, you will assess the reasonableness and robustness of transaction pricing, including performing independent actuarial reviews of the M&A Pricing models. In addition, you will assess the suitability of pre-acquisition integration planning, post-acquisition Target Operating Model, and associated costs. With detailed knowledge of Solvency II, actuarial pricing methodologies and Risk Management frameworks, the successful candidate will possess experience of M&A activity, alongside the requirements and understanding of Part VII processes.
