If so, this is just the job for you I'm recruiting for an Assistant Accountant for a business who have gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years. They have grown immeasurably and have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join the team. Core responsibilities in the role will include: - Assisting in the Monthly Management Accounts Production Managing company bank accounts for 32 legal entities Assisting in the cash flow management for the business Completion of monthly bank reconciliations Getting involved in monthly Payroll duties Liaising with External Auditors Due to the impressive growth of the business, there are also a multitude of projects that you are likely to get involved in, focused around technology and systems upgrades, process design and improvement and strengthening internal controls. So who are you? You are like to be studying for your professional accounting qualifications, albeit, if you are qualified by experience, your details will be considered. Study Support can be offered to the successful applicant towards your ACCA or CIMA qualification. You will have a really solid grounding in UKGAAP, and will have previously worked to deliver monthly management accounts. You'll be used to working in an SME environment, knowing that at times, you have to roll your sleeves up and get the job done, even if 'it's not in your job description'.
