Managing a busy accounts team, the successful candidate will be focused on improving profitability and growth of the company. You will analyse financial performance by reviewing CVR's and project costs to make longer term forecasts and project cash flow. Candidates should have experience in preparing managements accounts, forecasts and annual budgets. Candidates will be able to demonstrate initiative, good team working skills and have a proven ability to work to strict reporting deadlines. Relevant experience in a similar management role is essential. House build experience and knowledge of E-Vision Accounting, Jet Reports and Sitestream would be advantageous.
