Fire Risk Officer required in Greenwich. This role is on a temporary ongoing contract. The purpose of the role is to be responsible to the team manager and for day to day management of the health and safety of building projects, maintenance contracts and fire risk assessments across the borough. The allocation of work to property services officers/supervisors or external contractors/sub-contractors. Candidates will need to be a qualified fire risk assessor, and a being a member of the IFE would be desired.
