They have an exciting opportunity available for a Commercial Analyst to join them, acting as the lead within the Commercial Accommodation team in providing high quality analysis, insight, conclusions and recommendations to enhance the performance of the 200 UK Sites network. In the role you will analyse commercial opportunities, utilising various data sources (numerical and non-numerical) to gain valuable insights and recommendations. Delivering Management Information (MI) performance reporting and identifying KPIs, you will build a central database of common reports, present findings and build strong working relationships with stakeholders. In addition, you will identify customer trends and buying behaviours, applying findings for future product and price developments. We are looking for someone who is highly numerate and confident analysing and interpreting numerical data with excellent attention to detail. With experience of handling large data sets and a good understanding of budgeting and financial accounting, you will have excellent technical analytical skills (google sheets, excel etc.), effective communication and be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
