Finance Analyst (FP&A)/Surrey/Up to £65k excellent benefits FP&A Analyst (FP&A) with exposure to Financial, Planning and Analysis with a circa 2 years post qualification exposure within industry required by my large scale, multinational engineering organisation based in Surrey (direct train from Waterloo - 25mins) FP&A Analyst (FP&A) will be support this business on financial planning and analysis for their group which is worth circa £2b. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA) and will have 2 years post qualification experience within a large scale, complex organisation. FP&A Analyst (FP&A) will be working for a forward-thinking company that have aggressive growth plans for the next few years. FP&A Analyst (FP&A) is a classic technical finance role that has the additional requirement for business partnering. FP&A Analyst (FP&A) will require Advanced Excel that will enable you to put together complex Finance Models. These models will be used by the CEO to make strategic decisions for the company's growth. The CEO is very hands on and will be engaging with you in this role to discuss your models, therefore, being able to translate technical finance information into digestible information that can be used to make business decisions is key. Finance Analyst (FP&A) key requirements Qualified accountant - 2-4-year PQ Financial, Planning and Analysis exposure to a large-scale origination Analytical approach to problem solving, with a focus on working in a team environment with strong Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analytics Ability and confidence to work with variety of stakeholders, across functions, and gather the input required for the role Excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strong relationships across all key stakeholders across functions and geographies. Experience of tracking and reporting of benefits in significant change projects an advantage Preparation of presentations/information for senior management and other internal customers including scenario modelling. Provision of cost analysis to support monitoring of spend. Monitoring and support for Group-wide initiatives where relevant. FP&A Analyst (FP&A) is a permanent role based in Surrey offering up to £65k. I MUST stress in order to be considered for this role candidates must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience within industry.
