Role Summary To process the day-to-day administration of the Accounts Department. Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Daily Banking 2. Raising of Invoices (Pro-forma and Credit) 3. Maintaining sales ledger including debt collection 4. Liaising with Sales Executives and customers 5. Maintaining and monitoring a Pro-forma system 6. Posting up of Purchase invoices 7. Maintaining purchase ledger 8. Petty cash 9. Bank Reconciliations 10. Filing 11. Assisting with preparation of management accounts
