They are now in a position to recruit an experienced Head of Finance to manage the overall operation of the finance function and provide strategic support to drive ongoing success. Your role in your new job This is a number 1 finance role, sitting on the Senior Management team and reporting directly to the MD. As Head of Finance, you will be heavily involved in decision making, influencing and challenging where necessary to ensure growth plans are achieved. You will manage a small team of finance staff and be instrumental in their training and development. You will produce and review monthly management accounts; produce annual statutory accounts, manage the audit process; produce weekly cash flow forecasts; and manage the budget process. Your experience and our requirements Full qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) is essential, ideally with knowledge of a manufacturing/product based operation. Staff management experience with a proven track record of developing a finance function is required. You will be able to advise and influence at all levels within a forward-thinking business.
