Butler Rose is exclusively working in partnership with a fast paced organisation to source for them a Senior Group Management AccountantMain Responsibilities to include :-Preparation & analysis of the Management Accounts for the group which includes :-1 Profit & Loss Accounts for individual branches Consolidated (20) 2 Consolidated Balance Sheets 3 Consolidated Cashflow statements 4 Monthly P&L forecasts 5 All Balance Sheet Reconciliations 6 Reconciliation & close down of the Debtors/Creditors Ledgers 7 Stock Control/GRNI reconciliations 8 Fixed Asset registers 9 Bank Reconciliations Other duties to include:- 1 Preparation & submission of Quarterly VAT returns 2 Corporation Tax payments 3 All HMRC queries (ie VAT visits, EC Sales returns, Intrastat returns) 4 CIS/CITB returns 5 Intercompany accounting 6 All online banking ie payments via various bank lines and user maintenance 7 Daily monitoring and update of detailed daily bank balances and future cashflowsAssist the Financial Controller in the following duties :- 1 Preparation of the Annual Budget processes 2 Preparation of the Year End Statutory Accounts 3 Leading the External Audit processes for each business 4 Assistance in production of reports to the European Head Office 5 Undertake any specific projects as directed by the Financial Controller/Finance DirectorYou will also be responsible for the day to management of Finance Department staff including Purchase LedgerTo be considered for this role you will be a Qualified Accountant and be able to demonstrate capability of working at a Senior levelPlease contact Lynsey Rattigan or apply on line Butler Rose is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Butler Rose Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
