SAP User Management and Compliance Analyst

Lakeside, Portsmouth Permanent, Full Time About the role Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a SAP User Management and Compliance Analyst to join our expanding SAP function. This is a key role within the Security Access and Compliance Team where you will be supporting SAP applications for the user access and provisioning back office processes. This position will have considerable learning opportunities in SAP Technical Security and SAP IDM Administration. Your main responsibilities will be focused around working closely with internal customers and other Application Support teams to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the provisioning process. Other responsibilities will include: Resolve tickets, incidents and requests for SAP Security Access and Compliance, escalating where required Provide support for the corporate user base in the SAP User Management process and undertaking relevant housekeeping activities Study existing processes, develop new processes and consider the impact of changes needed for user provisioning on current systems And as you're supporting our business we'll be supporting you. You will need to have experience in SAP User Management or SAP Compliance and have a desire to learn SAP Security and Authorisations. You may also already be an experienced SAP Security and Authorisations Analyst with experience in a support function. What else do I need to know about the role?
