Strong view of best practice in running financial accounting functions (management accounting, transaction processing, working capital management, reporting). Experience working with Finance Shared Service Centres. Comfortable working within a complex and fast-moving organisation, and across a matrix structure. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a compelling way to a financial and non-financial audience to support effective decision-making. Confident enough to deputise for EQ Paymaster Finance Director when required, and to present information to Board Execs and other senior stakeholders. Financial modelling ability.
