An exciting dual-office Accountancy Practice are seeking an Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join their small and friendly Accounts team in Bath. The Accounts and Payroll Assistant will have a good understanding of processing payroll and preparing accounts and bookkeeping for clients on cloud software. The suitable Accounts and Payroll Candidate will be able to grasp the job with both hands and enjoy working in a client facing accountancy role. Accounts And Payroll Assistant Position Overview Process weekly and monthly payrolls RTI submissions Prepare starters and leavers paperwork Liaise with clients re queries CIS and AE returns Sales invoicing Assist with Credit Control Processing purchase ledger invoices Assist with preparation of monthly Management Accounts Prepare Bookkeeping Preparing statutory accounts Accounts And Payroll Assistant Position Requirements Experience with Xero, Sage and Iris Confidence in a client facing role Hold a valid UK driver's licence as visiting clients may be required Experience with Payroll, accounts preparation and bookkeeping is essential AAT qualifications would be beneficial Accounts And Payroll Assistant Position Remuneration £23,000 to £33,000 salary negotiable Good holiday package Further study support may be provided Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
