Planning & Reporting Manager needed for Blue Chip business in Reading £55,000 - £62,000 Car Allowance Bonus and Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a household business in Reading who are going through a changing and exciting time and are looking to hire a Planning & Reporting Finance Manager to own, coordinate and control all aspects of financial reporting and planning cycles for the Customer Experience division. This role will provide accurate and timely monthly reporting providing a true reflection of performance. This role comes with exposure to the CFO and Head of Customer Experience and will also get involved in the short-term planning cycles including budgets and quarterly financial forecasts. You will also be responsible for setting time lines that enable deliverables to be achieved, obtaining key information from across the business and preparing presentations for internal use. To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Degree educated. Planning & Reporting experience in a large business. Project management would be highly advantageous. Ability to influence, challenge and drive output across a large stakeholder community. Senior stakeholder management experience. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A little more information about the role: Project management of completion of financial forecasting and reporting deliverables including annual budgets and in year forecasting across Customer Experience. Presenting financial forecasting and reporting outputs to Customer Experience leadership team. Active management of all key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process is followed to complete Finance forecast and reporting deliverables. Effective liaison with Operational Team and Group finance to ensure consistent and timely delivery of outputs across operations and financial reporting and forecasting. Monitoring and reporting on key Financial KPIs. Influencing central finance policy on budgeting, forecasting and reporting approaches and deliverables.
