I am recruiting exclusively for a newly created Financial Controller position within a Manufacturing business in Bridgwater. In this role you will report to the Finance Director and will take ownership of the accounts department managing a small team. Responsibilities will include: Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts. Review all information from the finance team ensuring all accounts are correctly reconciled. Present Management accounts (Balance Sheet and P&L) to the Finance Director including budgets & forecasts analysis. Preparation of year-end financial reporting pack. Liaison with auditors to manage the audit process. The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) however you will also be considered if you are part qualified. You will need to be a clear communicator with the ability to manage a team.
