An established regulatory consulting firm is currently expanding and is looking to recruit a Manager to join its Investment Compliance team. Advising and helping a range of firms, including traders and brokers, the successful candidate will have good knowledge of not only the application of regulation, but also a grounding in investment products; equities, derivatives/CFD's and various types of funds. The role will involve providing a technical support function internally and to client firms, assisting Senior Management with a wide variety of projects; conducting regulatory audits and developing compliance policies and procedures. The role will allow you to help develop others and build effective client relationships. You will need to have thorough Investment Compliance knowledge and ideally CISI (or equivalent) qualifications and demonstrate incredibly strong attention to detail. Knowledge of compliance requirements for MiFID firms, such as Market Abuse, Conflicts of Interest, Financial Promotions, Financial Crime prevention and PA Dealing will be necessary. This role will suit someone with enthusiasm and commitment.
