The company is medium sized but has a large profile within the city maintaining multiple highly prestigious and lucrative contracts for household name clients, within Office Commercial environments. As an Accounts Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure your clients are held in high regard and are kept satisfied, to lead to the development of the contract. More details: Main Duties Dealing with Sub contractors, and ensuring associated documentation is kept up to date Dealing with Clients enquiries, and maintaining relations Maintain a deep knowledge of the contract and P&L Levels are maintained Meet and Exceed contractual KPI's/SLA's Ensure completion of Reactive and PPM Ensure company process and policy is deployed on site Provide Leadership for contract managers to maintain our high standards of service Ensure efficient staffing levels for all contracts.
