Head of Billing Head of Billing & Collections This role is permanent and based in Oxfordshire. This position is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations across multiple territories worldwide. The Head of Billing is responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining billing processes across multiple markets with a focus on accurate billing, timely collection and recovery. This Head of Billing position requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritise, plan, influence the technology and operations roadmap to maximise cash collection. The Head of Billing will be responsible for conducting reconciliations between systems to minimise leakage and improve accuracy. The Head of Billing will be responsible for the delivery of KPI's and adherence to SLA's, perform market analysis and customer research to identify trends / opportunities to understand and control risks across payments. Additional Responsibilities Include: Streamline billing and collections processes Month-end closing of the billing group information Plan and implement quality assurance Special program/billing planning and implementation Personnel development Assist with the implementation of a new billing system Education/Qualifications include: Professional qualifications (CIMA) preferred Proven ability to perform strategic planning Proven track record for improving process efficiencies Strong leadership skills Accounting background Good knowledge of Telco Billing. Proven experience to manage a team of executives/analysts across multiple sites. excellent communication skills Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of statistical analysis & data presentation.
